Shipping Policy
All orders are picked, checked and dispatched from our Wolverhampton facility.
UK delivery
Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days and is free on orders over £75 (£3.95 below that). Express next-working-day delivery is £6.95 when ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday.
International delivery
Europe takes 4–7 working days from £9.95. Rest of world takes 7–12 working days from £14.95. Duties and import taxes may be charged on arrival and are the customer's responsibility.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Missing parcels
If tracking shows no movement for five working days, contact us on Info@grocifybysofyan.store and we'll open a carrier investigation and reship or refund.
