Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how refunds work.

Refund window

You have 30 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a refund on unworn items with original tags attached.

How to request

Start your refund from your order confirmation email, email our team at Info@grocifybysofyan.store, or email Info@grocifybysofyan.store with your order number. We'll send a prepaid UK returns label.

Processing time

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of your return arriving at our Wolverhampton facility. Your bank may take a further 2–5 days to display the funds.

Delivery charges

Original delivery charges are refunded when the entire order is returned or where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty items

If a leather jacket arrives faulty, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including all delivery costs.
