Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Please return leather jackets in their original packaging where possible.

UK size exchanges are completely free. Tell us the size you need and we reserve it for you while your original item is in transit.

Request a prepaid label from your order confirmation email or by emailing Info@grocifybysofyan.store by email. Drop the parcel at any post office or collection point.

International customers arrange their own return shipping. Once the parcel reaches us your refund or exchange is processed within 3–5 working days.
